Terms Of Service
General
Please specify as many relevant details as possible, and provide references if you can.
ANYTHING not specified in the order is open to my artistic interpretation, thus if you request changes, revision costs may apply.
You may be updated during the process if I require your input.
After the piece/project has been completed, you will receive a preview where you can confirm it, or request revisions.
Upon confirmation, and second half of the payment being made, you will receive the files in JPG, PNG, or a different appropriate format upon request.
Payment
Payment is made half upfront, half after completion, via PayPal.
Work begins soon after the first half has been paid.
The project will be completed in a few days - up to a few weeks (applies to regular requests, not large projects or rush orders).
Revisions & Extra Fee
Minor revisions within reason will be free of charge.
Significant revisions and changes will apply extra costs appropriately.
Rush orders/tight deadlines will cost more.
Request of the PSD work file(s) (30% of the initial cost).
Rights
I reserve the right to post the artwork and/or use it in my portfolio unless discretion is specifically requested until a later date or indefinitely, which I will respect. You may also specify if you want to be credited for the commission or stay anonymous.
If you're interested in commercial work, please specify upfront so I can offer you different terms and ensure your project is legally eligible for commercial purposes.
You are free to use the artwork(s) however you wish. (commercial use of copyrighted IPs is at your own risk).

Who TF Is Aki
My name is Aleksa, Aki for short. I'm a Digital Artist making a wide array of art but primarily specializing in Concept Art, Splash Art, Character Design and making Posters! That said, I try to master as many art forms and methods as possible, as I think range is really important to have if you want to take on serious projects and challenges. From expanding existing worlds and characters, to creating brand new ones, I do it all, and I make it look pretty damn cool!Improvement is KEY in my book, I try my best to make the new project better than the one before. While yes, comparison is the thief of joy, there's only one person you should be comparing yourself to, and that's YOU from yesterday. You need to strive to be better!I'm a big fan of Movies, Shows and Games, so it's no surprise a lot of my work gets influenced by them. My favorite Show is The Walking Dead, followed closely by Arcane and Daredevil. TWD holds a special place for me (as long as it is lol), and Arcane is just, well, goated! Top games are RDR2, Hollow Knight, Horizon (ZD&FW), & Fallout 4, and I'm an avid enjoyer of the MCU.Music is also a huge part of my life and work, whichever piece you've seen of mine, be sure that it's been made while absolutely jamming it to some beats. Grandson, Ekoh, and NF are some of my favorite artists (Honorary mentions: JT Music & Ren). Grandson's my goat, a lot of his music resonates with me, inspiring change for a better world, fighting the good fight, revolting against oppression and the ruling class, are some of the ideas I hold dearly, which you can see reflected in my work.Add weightlifting, a burning passion to keep creating, and a big appreciation for the post-ironic cat memes, that's me, that's Aki. Workflow
My workflow consists of Illustration, Photo Bashing, Stock Manipulation and occasional 3D. I primarily work in Photoshop and use Blender for 3D (Mostly referencing and technical stuff).When it comes to artstyle, I prefer realism with a touch of fantasy, making something believable but BETTER. However, I often experiment with different styles and themes, as any artist should.
